сделка прямого РЕПО; сделка РЕПО; прямое РЕПО
RM сделка, при которой одна сторона продает ценные бумаги другой стороне и одновременно, в рамках той же сделки, обязуется выкупить эквивалентные ценные бумаги по оговоренной цене в определенную дату в будущем или по требованию другой стороны. Данное слово часто используется как общий термин для обозначения сделок РЕПО, обратных РЕПО, сделок займа ценных бумаг и других подобных операций
